Naturally wavy hair?

Question

i have nauturally wavy hair, wen i wash it it looks so nice cuz its drying, but wen it dries it becomes thick and frizzy, how do i get it from staying wavy but not like frizzy, do i use any specific product and keep that wavy look. cuz that wavy looks really natural and nice and i want to get side swept bangs, and i was wonderin if keepin them like rite above where my ear ends, if thats too long? i dont want them too short, i sort of want them long, is that a bad idea..?

I have extremely curly hair and I had the same problem until I learned how to take care of it. I use Herbal Essence Shampoo and conditioner for curly hair. It doesn't matter what shampoo and conditioner you use, you just have to make sure its a good thick conditioner and you use a good amount and leave it on your hair for at least 3-5 minutes. Then when I get out of the shower, I will pick it when its wet and then i will lightly towel dry it. Then I will add a leave in conditioner and a hair milk. Then I will add a hair gel to it. Then I will let it air dry and it is always soft and curly never dry and frizzy.. This is what works for me, but the only way you will know what works for you is if you try around and try a whole bunch of things.. Good luck...

Check out ouidad.com, they have all kinds of info on how to handle wavy and curly hair. My own recommendations would be to comb a leave in conditioner in your wet hair, wind your hair in small sections around your fingers, let loose, and then let it air dry. You should have ringlets when your hair is dry and it won't look or be frizzy. Just don't mess with it too much after it's dried.

Sounds like you for sure need a anti-frizz serum. You can get these over the counter at any department store such as wal-mart or target. Also make sure your conditioning your hair regularly, but not over doing it. And of course NEVER blow dry your hair,, if its like mine, it will become bigger than a mountain! lol Good luck!

it works, wats really popular around hair is putting gel in curly, or wavy hair, then it looks wet, like u just came out of the shower:) hope that helped

when u wash ur hair keep the conditioner in it any excess comes out when u brush it then put hair spray i have natural curly hair and it works better than gel or mouse i let it air dry

I have wavy hair and I use Garnier Fructis Style Curl Defining.You just spray it in your hair and then blow dry it.Then scrunch it when you dry it.
