SMITE THEM!

Have them trimmed regularly....use a good conditioner, try to cut down on drying/straightening....any heat treatment really.

Give your hair a special treatment now and again...like a hot oil conditioner, put on, leave for about 10 mins and rinse out.

Best thing for your hair is regular cuts and a good, natural shampoo & conditioner. I don't have split ends and am often complimented on my hair. I wash it once a week and straighten it fairly often (without a protecting treatment). I hate using "product" in my hair because it make me itch and it ends up in white flakes. I only ever use AVEDA shampoo and John Frieda conditioner or Aveda conditioner. Search for Aveda and try it...you won't be disappointed....smells gorgeous for days!

the best thing to do is get a trim... even just an inch off will help your hair get healthier. after you get it trimmed, use a deep conditioner to keep your hair moisturized. i really like neutrogena's daily deep conditioner. works wonders on my hair, and you can get it at any drugstore.

There's nothing that's going to put them back together. Get them cut off, it'll look much better.
