I don't know how to make hair look that way but I can tell you that the other girl in hate picture, her hair looks nothing like Jessica

You gonna hav to get an extremely nice perm and flat ron that baby
but you will have to have major professionals
They do supper star hairs different than us because they dont' have to make theres last except for one performance and gt i done the next morning

Try braiding your hair very loosely at night and spray your hair with a mixture of epsom salt and water. Then blow dry your hair. It'll look looser as your braid looser. Then use some pomade to seperate and piece it up.

you must have lots of fine wavy hair for this style.
if it's too thin your hair will look better than too thick.
use a large barrell curling iron and pomade for the piecy look.
