no! if this was true, there would be no such thing as BALD!! Do a little more research on this before you get out the razor. It may seem to come back thicker because stubble is coarse....but once it grows out it is just the same as it was. Shaving it does not make your hair follicles produce more hair. Its impossible.

LOL Old wives tale. No it will not cause it to grow back thicker or darker. If it did all those swimmers that shaved to cut down on drag amd make them more streamlined would look like apes. Good Luck

No, my hubby shaves his head all the time and lets it grow back out and its the same as it was before. He does have really thick hair, but that is his genetics not from shaving it.
