I think it causes more, in effect, because it will flake away more dander. they're right.

it causes more dandruff because more flakes from the scalp when it contacts with comb

Well Lisa, I am no judge but dandruff certainly isn't a major imperfection in young girls.

I would say so yes! Because too much scratching and combing will irritate the skin.
