I've been using Suave for brunettes and I like it alot I just want to try something else and it has to smell really good too. Oh yeah, it should be in the medium price range because i'm not paying 25.00 for a bottle of shampoo, ya heard?!

Last night I was getting my hair trimmed and what only meant to be a couple inches to get the dead ends resulted in several minutes of silent tears.

My hair used to cover my bottom and I was constantly sitting on it. After my "trim", it barely covers my breasts. Imagine the difference.

What is your biggest/worst trim ever?

Please suggest me some good shampoo/conditioner. My hair is very frizzy after wash. And it gets dry in the ends and on the scalp its oily within one day of hair wash. I have tried Suave/Herbal essence/tresemme/Dove/ and stuff like that. but none of them gave me good results. And i work in computer Laboratory where its a/c is always on, but the room is still warm because of so many computers running at the same time.

Especially African women. It's like every american video (be it music, movies, commercials,...blablabla) I see, the woman's wearing fake hair (that used to belong to some dead chick! Yuk!) What's worse is that this fashion is spreading like hayfire to other countries like South Africa!!

Please don't take this as an insult. I'd just like to know why most women are wearing fake hair. Are they going bald? Do they hate their natural hair? What's wrong with their real hair?

A friend of mine once told me that women who wear weaves, extensions,... had diseases on their head. I don't want to believe that so please tell me what all the fuss is about.

I've always had layered hair, but yesterday I got it cut differently. I love Stacy London's hair, so i got that cut. They styled it for me and it looked great. My husband almost didn't recognize me.
this was the picture i brought it and they did it: http://www.signonsandiego.com/uniontrib/20060222/images/curr_fashion.jpg
But now I have no idea how to do it myself. I blow dryed it and straightened it, but it looks nothing like it did yesterday. help please....

How do I remove petroleum jelly from my hair!? I sort of have a fettish with it and went crazy after returning from the store with a fresh container of petroleum jelly....I smothered it all over myself including my hair! Now how in the world do I remove it! Shampooing doesn't seem to do along with rinsing...Any ideas?
