You could have it slightly layered or feathered; Try this website for ideas:

u can layer the hair at the front to give shape to the face. For a more lighter touch. if u want also u could get a fringe, meaning not a full frontal but a side fringe would be nice. If u have a parting down the middle of ur hair try creating a zig/zag pattern, creates volume & looks neat.

But a common style amongst Oriental people if you got to a Oriental hairdressers is getting the hair thinned out. They use scissors that have teeth on the blades so it leaves a razor effect look. U can get this look by using a razor, but the scissors leave a cleaner look, rather than messy.

the sides being feathered would be nice (and brushed up and away from your face) and is pretty for all face styles.

All one length scissor blunt cut is fine for fine hair, but if you have normal hair then it being tapered so it would turn under nicely for you would be a slight change.

You might want to wear your hair a little longer on the sides and wear it behind your ears, or you might want one side longer than the other so only one side can be pushed behind your ear and when it isn't then the one side is longer and looks sexy.

How bout layering it, to add volume to it, but keeping the length as is, that way you'll have some long and some short hair...

One that fits the shape of you head..rounder faces should have long hair and smaller faces can get away with shorter. Thick hair, long to help weigh it down..thin hair either way.
