if you dye it... you'll be an 'extinguished' guy... and if you don't... you'll be 'distinguished'... and I know which I prefer in a man... at least, staying 'natural', looks intelligent as well;-)

I'm female and going gently grey and determined to stick with it, since I want to see what nature has planned for me in every stage of life.

Don't be a sheep... don't do what everyone else does and become a walking carbon copy of all the other dyed heads out there... be the ram... and lead... be yourself and hold your head up high;-)

If you are comfortable with rockin the grey than I say more power to you but if you not there are options.

You can either completely die your hair back to its natural but you will have to keep a schedule and go back and get your roots touched up every 2-4 weeks depending on your hair growth.

You could get low lights where they put a rubber cap on your head and only pull out a few hairs in various places so you can get a little dark in there and not be completely grey all over. I think that this looks nice myself. Your not all grey but just in a few places here and there.

Or the last option is you can just shave your head but I dont suggest it.!

Good luCk!

Men should never dye their hair. It looks dyed and fake. Let in go grey, even though it might make you look older it looks good. Dyeing your hair even for women is a pain in the ***. Then when you want to stop dyeing it for whatever reason you going to live with two-tone hair for about 1-2 months.

I suggest you definitely do NOT dye it. Hair colour changes with your complexion. Dyed hair is too stark against the face, much better to let it grow naturally. Have your hair very well groomed, much better than a colourant that everyone can tell is a dye. Yuk. Now a good hairstyle WOW that IS something. Believe me.

The best answer is what ever looks the best on you. Take into consideration wife/girlfriend and your job. Does your grey look good? - some men look great with it. If not and it drains your color to bland - go with a professional dye job. The only right answer is how you look and feel about it. Vanity is not necessarily a bad thing.

I would not worry, i think grey hair on a man looks alright, sometimes when men dye it, it dont look right it looks a bit fake.
I think going grey is better than going bald.

You cant go from very grey to suddenly having colour or it will be too obvious.
If youre going to dye it, go for the lightest shade you can get away with (eg, if your hairs dark brown, opt for a lighter shade of brown) and it wont be so obvious.
Keeping it short would be OK too.

if you dye it go to a professional - nothing is more unattractive than a man with obviously dyed hair.
also remember that the colour will fade- change in the sun -
so the end result will not stay - the up keep will need to be maintained for the dreaded roots.
a short cut may be the answer

Dont dye it. People can tell when hair has been dyed and it doesnt look natural.

Grow old gracefully (not that you might be old).

My friend has got a real thing for men with grey hair, so display it proudly.

Keep it short. There's nothing worse than dyed hair and it is noticeable. Grey hair is nice. Go natural.
