Preparation H is good for the puffiness, but you should use Oil of Olay eye cream to help with the dark circles and the puffiness. Try putting cool green tea bags on your eyes at the end of the day. It helps to relive stress and get the blood flowing right.

I tried Avon's lighten up plus for dark under eye circles and my eyes look great been using for about 6 months after 2 months my circles where gone

When you get up in the morning soak some teabags and put them on your eyes for 5-10 minutes

For under the eyes, Hylexin is the only thing I know about, unless Walgreens has something.

loreal makes a really great under eye cream. it's called "revitalift" and it's actually for wrinkles, but it works great for dark circles...
