Ignore the rude comments... I realize some people would need to wash their hair every 12 hours to avoid having oily hair.
I know a person with the same problem, they find using a tar based shampoo works very well (but costly & from hair salons). Alternately, using Neutragena shampoo daily seems to hold it off for 24 hours.

Try Paul Mitchell Tea Tree shampoo can be bought in salons or in your local walmart or go to a beauty supply shop you can buy some there or something similar

Use a clarifying shampoo alternately with your regular shampoo. Use a conditioner that is lightweight.
Eat foods that are non-greasy.

As another answer said, sometimes have to wash twice a day. At least once a day, I wash it every time I bathe.
