Please suggest me some good shampoo/conditioner. My hair is very frizzy after wash. And it gets dry in the ends and on the scalp its oily within one day of hair wash. I have tried Suave/Herbal essence/tresemme/Dove/ and stuff like that. but none of them gave me good results. And i work in computer Laboratory where its a/c is always on, but the room is still warm because of so many computers running at the same time.

For the grease at the roots of your hair when you wash your hair only wash the roots it is not necessary to put shampoo through the ends. When you rinse what washes through the ends is plenty. Then condition only the ends. If needed apply a leave in conditioner only on the ends to tame down frizz. A great leave in conditioner is TIGI curls rock leave in don't be fooled by the name you don't have to have curly hair to use it. Curly hair products are a little more moisturizing which is what curls need, but can also be used on dry damaged hair. You can also try Biosilk silk Therapy it is a smoothing oil. Matrix, Redkin, and TIGI are all some great products for shampoos and conditioners. Also make sure you get trims every 6-8 weeks to keep hair healthy

I like Matrix they are really good. They are not too badly priced, you can find them at salons or Ulta. Also get a clarfying shampoo to use once or twice a week or something with tea tree oil.

You can also do a leave in conditioner on your ends only. Don't spray near the top of your hair to avoid greasiness.

Make sure you trim the ends of your hair every 6-8 weeks to keep your hair healthy. It gets rid of a lot of split ends and makes your hair look better.

Use a leave-in conditioner on the longer part of your hair, avoiding the scalp. This will help ease the dry frizzies without stimulating oil glands in your scalp.

From my experience shampoo and conditioner you can buy anywhere isn't good for your hair. Go to a salon and tell them your problem, or a beauty supply store. I like Lanza for color it's really hard to find, but it works wonders. It totally reconstructed my hair, I also like the Toni and Guy Dumb Blonde, it's good for colored hair or hightlights and smells great. Just go ask a professional and try some professional products, I promise you wouln't go back!
