I heard that if you dye your hair and you do not like the outcome, if you wash your hair RIGHT AWAY with dish soap (like Dawn), it will take out most of the color. Is this true?

my eyebrows are thin and I want to shave them so they are really thick. someone said they would grow back thick and darker? my mom doesn't want me too cause she said i wil have stubble grow back and will haf to use a pencil for the rest of my life.

The salons want over 100 bucks to do my hair! Its got 3-4 different blondes in it, in a small weave. It takes HOURS to do it! Anyway, no time, no money for all that. Im going to go just one or two colors (pale blonde) but dont want it to look 'golden,' just naturally sun blonde. What is a good brand of hair color that I can get over the counter that produces good natural results, and will cover my light brown roots AND not make it look dark blond on the roots, bright on the ends. You know, consistent! I need suggestions! Thanks!

I'm thinking about dying my hair before I go to see my favorite band in concert, My Chemical Romance and before school starts again. I've put alot of thought into it and I decided that black with bright red underneath sounds cool. Some people do the blonde with black underneath but I thought Black with red underneath sounded cool and unlike anything I've seen recently. My hair is quite long, about to my mid chest and I was wondering if I do dye it this way should I cut the top a little bit? Maybe layer it? I just need some advice. Anyone have any? If so let me know! Or if anyone has a picture of someone with hair like this could you show me? I would like to actually see it on someone instead of just picturing it in my head.

why does it seem guys like seem more attracted to girls with long hair? there are probably some guys out there who will not date a girl with short no matter how pretty or smart she is. it kills me because some people can be so closed minded about things. i'm not saying this because i have short hair but i just want to know what is the deal with long hair?

I'm 16 and stopped using Yasmin three months ago. I have noticed thinning on the top of my scalp since then. I went to a dermatologist and he said that the hair loss should stop after a few months. I was just wondering if anyone else has had (or is having) the same problem. Did you hair really grow back? Or did it just stop falling out? Hair loss (particularly female hair loss) runs in my family...So I'm very worried.
