best way to highlight your hair?

I need some help on this one I dyed my hair red now want to add some highlights or streaks whats the best way to do it at home and best one I can buy that works thanks

There is no best way to highlight artificial red hair at home. If you add bleach to your red *** hair, it will turn the highlights pink!! There is no kit I recommend. If you want to do it yourself go to a beauty supply and buy the Blue Kaleidocolors bleach and 40 volume developer. And even then, there is no guarantee. You could always buy an ASH BLONDE Toner, and cover your whole head with it after you have done the highlights if they are still pinkish.
