I think some of the time hair loss is due to eating habits or stress. Try finding ways to relax or release your negitive energies everyday. Maybe take five minutes in the morning before to get up to do some breathing exercises. I know...it sounds like it's not related to hair at all but it can help. Also, try eating more protine- it usually increases the strength of your hair and prevents excessive fall outs! Vitamin suppliments can give you that added boost if you don't think you can change your diet.
Otherwise, there are some indian (EX: Meera Herbals) and south american hair powders that prevent hair loss. Check them out. They're all natural and have been used for generations!
