my dreads are meshing together. How do I get in under control.
Please don't say shave them off.

i would suggest you go to a stylist unless you don't mind doing your own hair.....you do need to get some gel thats made especially for dreads it will help keep them tidy and nice.....all you need to do is pull your hair apart and make your parts as they were originally while twisting them.....it not painfull...just in the future, twist your hair at least once a month..

Go to a stylist that can give you a consult preferably someone black with a lot of experience in natural hair. For the record I am black.
