But had another color tone of my hair (sandy brown), is it still possible to get the tone of the hair color on the picture, or would I have to use hair that matches my hair tone?

i have shiny, sleek hair

but by the end of the day, it's messy and frizzy ...basically gross

Is there a product that maintains shiny, lucious hair all day?

ok i've been reading forums and reviews...and some people say this is a great product and others say it will cause balding. now im only 14 years old. and i've been straightening my hair w/ straightners since i was 12 and right now i have the ultra chi. it gives great results, but it takes me about 2 hours to straighten. and next year i'll be in highschool so i want to cut down time for my hair.

i came across something called easystraight. i heard horror stories but sometimes it has to do w/ not following directions or if your hair is too fine.

mine is thick, curly, frizzy, and medium length

if i try it i will deffinetely do i test patch first and see what happens after a week before doing my whole head

i just really don't want to lose ALL my hair!

so anyone out there done this? what do you reccomend? will it work on my hair? any other solutions?

I have short, very thick hair that I just got cut yesterday.I've never had it this short before (to my jawline), but I have straightened it many times when it was long without a problem. I washed it today and let it dry and it curled naturally. Then I tried to use a straightening iron on it, which straightened it, but only to a certain point. The straightening iron was really hot so I don't think temperature was a problem. My hair was damp at first, but then I tried again with dry hair. It didn't work that well, each time, but when I tried a curling iron, it seemed to work a little better. Was I going about it the wrong way? Should I keep using a curling iron or find a different brand of straightening iron? Should I blow dry it before I try to straighten it?

Recently met and began dating an incredible woman; smart, witty, sweet, and stunningly pretty. Me, I think I'm okay, great smile, in good shape, etc., but my hair in getting somewhat thin on top. My new gf (a former barber, for whatever that's worth) asked me to let her shave my head, saying she thinks bald guys are sexy. I'm not opposed to the idea and would crawl accross America for this woman, but wonder if it would suit my personality. I have to admit that I am somewhat baby-faced, on the shy side at times, and very soft-spoken. Comments, suggestions? Thanks!

I am 17 years old.

My hair is very, very dry, curly, and frizzy, it makes me look very old.

When I staighten my hair with a iron it gets really frizzy, but still looks better than my original hair.

I went to a hair stylist about 6 months ago,, and I showed them pictures of what I want my hair to look like and they said they can do it.

I told my Mom and she insisted I go to another hair stylist.

This new hair stylist refused to straighten my hair, saying only black people get that done.

She said it might fry my hair.

So instead, they cut and died it, the dye came out very white and people always said I had gray highlights.

My hair is about long enough to get the style I want.

My Mom is telling me now that I can't get it done. It's immpsoible.

Something so little made me so mad, because I always hated my hair and when the lady said they can give me that style it made be so, soooo happy.

Now my Mom is telling me it's immposible and they just want to steal my money,

Hi! I need some advice with cutting my hair. I have decided I want bangs, but need to decide whether or not to get regular bangs or side bangs.
You see, I want a low matienence cut. I have wavy dirty blonde hair that is about shoulder length. I want to cut it shorter and get bangs but would like to know how do side bangs look without styling them to the side? How long do they take to style? Do you suggest for me to do bangs or side bangs.

Ok it sounds odd but I really need some help here. I`m doing an article on hair re-growth, which will prove that shaved hair grows back exactly as it was before. Focus area is the arms on a female.

My hair is too short for ironing it and the reason I want to straighten it is because I loook really awkward. I have had straight hair all my life and then at 13 the sides of my hair got curly while my front hair is straight. I'm 15 right now and I'm tired of my hair it look like a jungle! I tried all hairstyles and I would not shave my hair! So how would I striaghten the curls on the side of my head without getting a fade?

Besides cutting it which is not an option, what is an effective method of getting gum out of hair. Shampoo doesn't seem to work very well.
