Like Shoaib Akhtars... i mean hair tht flies in the air wen u run fast.

I can't layer it anymore. For almost 5 years now, I have been wasting money going to fancy, high-priced salons for another layer job, and I am so sick of looking at that in the mirror I could scream.

And, I have tryed curling it and have even considered doing that but what do I do to train it to go somewhere besides flat and front like leaving it in those layers all this time has done to it. And, do you think I should look in to a perm? What to do?

About 6 months ago, I stopped getting my hair cut -- big mistake. Because, my hair is extremely thick and I have a lot of it -- growing it proved to be a disaster. And, to make matters worse - I got sick of it being in my face, and tried cutting it myself. OOOPPPS! So, I am left with some really, really, really short bangs (sp?), layers upon layers that are over grown, unmanagable, and killing my mornings trying to tame it.

I really must add that I am going through an ugly-ugly divorce, and well, I just want to feel free, wild, and young again.

Do you think that going as far as getting it cut in one of those boyish type of cuts that doesn't really leave much hair, is to much? Or should I go for it?

My entire life, I have basically worn it short - but, have never gone to this extreme before. My hair is dark brown, eyes-hazel, and I have a round face.

Anyone have any advice, and some pictures to choose from?

okay, i use my curling iron and hairspray after how can it stay ? and also, how do you krinkle your hair ? braiding it and leaving it overnight does not work -.-

my hair is in between straight and wavy, kinda thick and long.

oh yeah.. and im asian too... so that kinda throws a twist on it. cuz a lot of ppl prefer that asians keep their hair natural. but i wanna try something different! not like.. a light brown, but a dark brown. just light than my hair... haha. well thanks for taking the time to read/answer mee :)

I'm a black girl and I use to have long hair. Since I had been stressed out because of so many things My hair is falling out. I can't stop crying because beautiful hair is GONE. I have short cut hair now. My mom said if she cut the ends that will make it grow. she did and now my hair is even shorter. I can't stop crying as I'm tyeing this. I hate my life.

my friends hair was naturally a very dark brown (almost black) and they said that they put peroxide in their hair and the nect time i seen em thier hair was just a regualr brown, i think they dyed it but i wanted 2 know will peroxide change your hair color!
