I had dry short hair as well (and it's curly). I tried just about everything on the market until I fell in love with Pureology Hydrate Shampoo and Conditioner. My hair has never looked healthier!! Check it out on ebay, it's worth it. Don't pay more than $40 or so for the shampoo and conditioner. You only use about a nickle's worth, it will last a long time.

OJON Hair Products HANDS DOWN - I'mgoing to give you the links where you can buy it. It has gotten rave reviews everywhere in magazines AND it makes such a huge difference in your hair. The oil you put in your hair once a week and after you keep using it, your hair will be glossy! You can buy it anywhere - on the Ojon site, Sephora, and QVC has a great deal on Ojon products. I've included their product line.
Good Luck! :) I hope you like it.

Use Dove Moisturizing Shampoo to help with the dryness. Rinse your hair from the shampoo with cold water--that'll create more shine to your hair. And if you're anxious about growing your hair longer faster, trim your hair just a TINY bit and it WILL grow faster. Trust me! :D

If you hair is too plain try giving it some highlights! Or work it out with some mousse to give it some volume. Make it curly, or straight. Layered, maybe?

i use the frederic fekkai protein shampoo/conditioner or the shea butter shampoo/conditioner. i also suggest the protein mask. i recently got highlights that made my hair feel like hay and it worked miracles. also for shiny hair try using the glossing line from frederic fekkai. the cream is amazing.
