I'm black, and my hair curls naturally with water. I just throw on mousse- like the white chicks... lol. But- if your hair does not do that, you can put a curl treatment on. I've known some people who've done that and got decent results. Its like a relaxer- but instead of making it straight it makes it curl. Could be called a perm- but i'm not positive about that. Anyways, i would go to a good hair dresser, and ask for a curl process.

Some black people are born with curly hair. I have a friend that does. You should try it out. What have you got to lose? =)

For the boy with brown, curly hair, i could call him Garret. (i've got continuously enjoyed that call) And for the boy with black, curly hair, i could call him Liam. of course those are basically techniques. in case you desire different names like Emmerick or Antony or Gale or in spite of, decide for it! it is your tale.

Yeah, but it's not that easy to make your hair curly. My little sister has tried everything to make her hair curly, and with no luck.
Your best bet is to go to a hair salon or something.
(wow, I answered a hair question...)

Well, I'm part black (mixed) and my hair is curly. It just depends on how your hair is and your genetics.
