Honeyblonde is perfect for dark skin
or you may use it as a highlight.

Red Red Red!!! You know why?Because when you have dark skin and black hair red goes better cause it's dark also. But blonde doesn't really look good with black hair and dark skin cause it's a light color.

Dark hair looks so beautiful with a darker skin tone.. don't go crazy! Maybe highlights or a subtle change. Red sounds nice, but not that really fake red. I'd stick with darker shades. Blonde hair on dark skin never looks right to me.

Brown with some tasteful blonde or red highlights.

Hm..I'm not sure about the blonde choice with dark skin..Maybe a darker brown, or black with brown highlights? You need to fit to your personality. Dark brown with black highlights, or other way around?Hm..experiment!

Maybe highlights of red but not totally red....blonde and red just does not work for darker skin tones

Leave it it's natural color. Just get a styled cut if you want something different. Those chemicals make hair all yucky and dried.

Perhaps a hair lightener would help.
Just do it gradually until you achieve the colour that suits you best
Have a nice day
