Hello. First you need to get a good frosting kit, La Petite is a very good one, not harsh on the hair. This alone will turn out very nice. But if you choose, you can get another color, such as Light Ash Blonde to put on the hair you have pulled through the cap before you remove the cap. The ash color will cut red tones. Therefore, it will be very nice blonde streaks. I have frosted my hair for 5 years and this is the best to do. Good Luck.

I have the same and went with darker highlights before and it look pretty good. I wasn't sure about it at first. But I have a friend who owns his own salon and he just did it.

Streaking is illegal. I think it is classified as a sex crime. Keep your clothes on. American's have a high tolerance for violence but a very low threshold for public nudity.

a mild blond color would work for you, like a champagne Blond nothing too lite like platinum.
