haha.. ummm pubic hairs are naturally very fast growers..
if you're gonna shave them, they're gonna be back quickly, it happens with everyone.. the only other procedure with a sort of minimal cost is waxing.. which--well ouch its gonna hurt like helkl, but if you're desperate and dont have the money for laser hair removal, waxing is ur best bet!

I would talk to someone in the cosmetic business to see if you can wax. I am not sure a beauty consultant would know for sure. I did it under my beard and worked fine for a little over a year and cost less than 10 dollars

you can buy a self waxing kit a Kmart or Target and use that. The only way to stop the hair from growing back is wax or electolysis. Good luck and no waxing is not that bad.
