Welcome to the club! They are only going to blow you off and say YOU did something wrong. I tried their Loving Care and Natural Instincts in Medium brown and they both turned almost black!!!!!!!!!!!!! And they are not permanant. But they never completely wash out. The website is www.clairol.com or 1-800-252-4765. Good luck trying to get any answers!

IF YOU ALREADY HAD COLOR-TREATED HAIR THAN THIS WILL HAPPEN. ANYTIME YOUR DYING YOUR HAIR A DARKER COLOR, ALWAYS GET A SHADE OR TWO LIGHTER THAN THE COLOR YOU REALLY WANT. THE ONLY WAY TO FIX THIS NOW, IS TO RE-DYE IT. TRY A DARK BLONDE TO GET YOUR HAIR TO A LIGHT/MEDIUM BROWN AGAIN. OR YOU CAN START WITH A LIGHT BROWN AND SEE IF THAT WILL LIGHTEN IT BUT I DOUBT IT.

First of all i am very sorry. Also just a little advise, when buying hair color look for sealed box... kids seem to think it is funny to switch the bottles around in the boxes... i havent had it happen to me and it might not have been what happened to you but i have heard of kids doing this! just be careful

Why don't you try checking for a phone number on the box that you got the product??? It might be worth a try.
