i put blonde highlights in my hair, but i think i put too many of them. it practically looks all blonde. my natural haircolor is dark blonde. how can i fix this mess.. put dark lowlights in it? - how can i do that? i have to do it at home bc i dont have money to go to a salon

at my scalp, the hair on the right side of my head grows slightly crooked;(crooked compared to the left side of my head; i'm guessing it's because i usually sleep on one side; should i use gel to shape it every night? cut it short and let it regrow? thanks

I look pretty much like my avatar. I am brown and I have dark brown hair and long bangs. But I do not know what color high lights or low lights to get. I dont know if to get red high lights or honey brown high lights or low lights. Or if to try other colors so please help me find a color this is my first time getting high lights or low lights. My hair is a nighrtmare! It's not quite curly, not quite straight. It has a really annoying wave to it that is not at all pretty! So everytime I shower I have to straighten it (via my flat iron). But this is killing my hair. So I have tried not to blow dry (because for some reason that actually makes it curlier and poofier even if I use a round brush to straighten it), but that takes forever! Then when I do flat iron it, it won't stay straight. I have a ceramic one, a gold plated one, even a $300 tourlimine wet/dry one from Sephora. No smart *** comments please aka just shave it............ What can I do to make this poof straight w/out killing my hair so much!
