How do u get the knots out without cutting your hair that has grown?

try a lot of conditioner, I recommend biosilk, and use hot oil too. Oh and reconstructor. I recommend Joico

Use a rattail comb. The long pointy tip helps to get the knots out. Spray it with detangler.

ewww.. what ever you do, DON'T WASH IT UNTIL IT IS COMBED OUT. My daughter had microbraids and she took them out, and before she come out the knotts and loose hair, she washed her hair....oh no...it got so matted and tangled. It was horrible and lots of her hair broke off. She will never do that again...i mean, she is getting braids again, but she will not shampoo her hair before it is thoroughly combed out. I just got micro braids, too. They are sooo pretty. My first time, and I'm enjoying them.

ALL MY FRIENDS USED A TOOTHPICK TO GET THE BRAID UNDONE AT THE ENDS THEN THE JUST USED A THIN COMB FOR THE REST.

get a spray bottle and make them damp untill you can brush thru them.. good luck

my guess would be not putting them in the first place... you should be happy with what you have ...
thats whats wrong with this country... everyone wants to be everything but themselves.... and that is so DISGUSTING!
