Beauty & Style - 20 November 2007

I found a pair of my old speedos from 1980 when moving house this year. I've increased in waist size by 4" since then but I can still squeeze into them. I'm 46 and loosing my hair (apart from on my back) and I think my tackle has shrunk ever so slightly. Despite all that, I still think I've got it. So, should I wear my old speedos this summer or buy some new beach shorts?

I always apply a little bronzer before school

I had the cutest pair of black Via Spigas with an open toe and kitten heel. Bonus - I got 'em on sale, and they were cut nice and wide for my wide feet. Alas, when I wore them, the strap across the base of my toes was lethal -- I had a row of bloody blisters across the tops of my feet by the end of dinner. Yowch!

my nail sins ive benn just about every damb store and cant fine the green i want, like the green on the mexican flag, my last thing i can do is use sharpie, do u think if i color it green it will stay??its going to be colored the nail like the mexican flag,so probly paint it all white,then on the right the red and the green on the left.so yea.do u think it will stay on??

I want and need to start shaving my legs and underarms because it is noticeable. I don't want to ask my mom so how can I show her?? I also want to start wearing deodorant because I need it badly!! my mom said last summer I had my legs up in the car and my mom said I should start shaving. Like sulphuric or citric acid perhaps or something, that will cut it. Something organic or safe, NO WAX, I am not completley mad! Nor Immac cause it is too strong smelling. I have very senstitive skin, and my skin peeled off last time Penfold did it for me and I had told him to stop, I had very sore legs afterwards, they were shredded, OUCH!

I have a forest to harvest, thanks!

that will cover well and not be too shiny.. i want to look naturally flawless.. not like i dipped my face in a tub of powder. is there a trick to making it not flaky? i use a facial scrub and moisturize.. it needs to be non-comedogenic bc my pores are ginormous and get clogged easily.. and when it's non-comedogenic i will break out a hell of a lot less. thanks!

At my school we have senior projects. Every senior has to do one and you can do anything as long as it's worthwhile. I think I want to make a wedding dress for mine. ok i always feel when im talking to someone new that my skin has gone all flakey, or that im too small (heightweise, im only 5'1) or silly stuff like that, like im really paranoid
so i feel really shy and i never make new friends out of school because of my shyness
also im really loud person when you get to know me, its just around new people and im going to a new college in a few months that will have like no-one i know so i need some tips on how to not be soo shy and selfconscious !
