hello there...

i'm female with shoulder-length hair (longer than my avatar now) and i would like to try a tousled hair look. however, i have a left side parting, so most of my fringe falls over my right eye. my fringe is able to cover my right eye.

haha.. okay so right to the point. i want to create a tousled hair look, but i have some questions:
1. would a girl with my hairstyle be able to look gd with that hair?
2. shld i use wax, mousse, gel or??
3. i have a round face, can i still have a tousled hair look?

i love americas next top model and they always promote covergirl

so it made it seem like they carried a good line of make up.

when i wear eyeliner i cant use the crank up kind cuz i think im allergic, my eyes always tear and it all runs off.

so i have to use the pencil.

i used to buy just like nyc brand which wasl ike $1.99 a pencil
and it was always all over my eyes...it be under then and id look like a mess.

so i bought covergirl pencil eyeliner.

and by the thhe end of the night, i dont look AS bad.
but it still manages to go under my eye a little to make me look more like a tramp on the streets or something.

recommend any good eyeliner that doesnt end up under your eye by the end of the night?

I oftentimes wear a tuxedo as uniform, and my friends insist that I unbutton the bottom button of my 3-button vest/waistcoat. I think it looks odd... the buttons are too close together, and for attire as formal as a tux, the "casualness" of unbuttoning seems out of place. Is there a right way to button a vest, and are there any sources to back this up either way? Thanks!

I've read lots of answers on here asking whats good for slight acne marks but they didn't really help... I have tiny little holes on my face from acne. Their awful. Their pretty deep so makeup doesn't cover them. I also have huge pores. What would be the best to get rid of them?

o.k. i need a mini makeover . here are the things that i want to make a change for the better:
1. bushy eyebrows
2. acne
3. dry skin
4. nails
5. frizzy and poufy hair
6. clothes that i like but need to make them at least look a tiny bit cool( for that list accessories or stuff like that)
7. i have glasses so a way to make cooler ( i already know contacts)

Now remember make it super cheap and usefull for a twelve year old girl. And don't think i don't like the way i look. I just want a refreshing change in my normal looks.

Hi, my name is Ana and i am 14 years old. i want to know what qualities in a young girl that older adults look for as mature and respectable. i want to stand out apart from my friends as "grown up". im not an adult, so i dont know what adults think about this. also, what characteristics about a teenage girl turn you off?
i really want the women at our church to think "wow shes really growing up," or "I really like that girl".
and also, when 14 year olds wear makeup, does it make adults think "oh shes just trying to grow up too fast" or do you think it makes them look pretty?

I have pretty short hair but its a bit long and I have to get it cut but I want something new. Sorry that this question is not about hair, but no one helps in the dating section :[ . sorry guys!
Okay, I am a sophomore in high school, and he's a senior. I thought he was cute since freshman year, and i noticed that we both look at each other a lot. This year, at a school event, i was walking into the gym and he was walking out of it. neither of us was looking and we crashed into each other. his drink spilled all over me and he was so sorry about it. i kind was glad it happened because it got us to really notice each other. now i cant stop thinking about him. he kept coming back up to me saying how sorry he was.
Can someone give me some advice on what to do?
He's like this:
-not cocky
-doesn't know hes cute
-doesn't have many friends at school
-helps out the school alot
-has alot of school spirit
-pretty shy
-never had many girlfriends
-doesn't have a myspace/probably no aim
-has a car

When I was younger until I was 3 or 4 I had green blue eyes. As I got older they started to turn hazel. Then they changed into brown one eye was brown the other was a light brown. Now it looks like they are changing dark brown. Why is this happening? and will my eyes get lighter?
