cream eyeliner like MAC's Fluidline (it dosn't smudge) or a copycat version of HiP cream eyeliner. it doesn't budge at all. its pretty neat. If you have used NYC cream eyeliner should be fine. Also, if you don't like it most stores have a great return policy.

With makeup it's pretty easy to tell what brands are the best. It's not about who has the better marketing strategy. Plain and simple, the better ones (unfortunatly) cost more. They are better in every way. They last longer, blend easier, don't clump, etc. The cheaper brands like cover girl and nyc are made for people who don't want to pay a lot of money for makeup. So if you're going to treat yourself to a night on the town remember you deserve to also treat yourself to some quality makeup. You'll worry less about clumps and more about having a good time.

Well covergirl is a good foundation makeup. I don't know your age but my best answer to yu wuld be to go to a session at a stre like macys or gottschaulks so a trained professional can best suit youto your make up needs. A natural look is laways more apropiate and clasic. You sound like you have allergys and your eyes are sensitive so please be careful. A liquid eye liner is easier to apply a thin layer.

Actually, in my experience, i have never had eyeliner that eventually doesnt run-off. But there are tricks. Take a neutral shade of eye shadow(that matches ur skin color) and put that right where you are gonna put ur liner(in ur case on the lip of the lid) then apply your eyeliner over it.
It works**
You can also replace it w/ a powder/compressed concealer

"Jane" makes a decent product and it's priced about the same as NY. I do suggest though that when you apply your eyeliner let it be the first thing you put on...then dust it lightly with powder to help it set. Then apply your shadow, and then go back over the liner very lightly to darken it up if you need to.

Try MAC's Technakohl's eyeliners. They are water-resistant and safe for the waterline. If you tend to have really oily eyes, I recommend trying Benefits She-Lac make-up sealer. It's $28 for the small vial, but it is worth the investment!

You might be allergic to eye make-up. I know I am. I just can't wear ANY eyeliner or mascara without my eyes tearing up and swelling shut.
Nonetheless, you can try Almay or L'oreal... Almay, supposedly is hypoallergenic... not on me, however.

try using a waterproof one. But if you want one that does not budge, try MAC's fluid liner. it stays put, but if you are looking for something a little cheaper than I recommend using a dark color eyeshadow and eye liner brush. It looks natural and stays.
