No-no matter how flat you are! You're the way you are for a reason, whatever reason that may be. Implants have way too many complications, and they're expensive, too. Most women don't realize that you have to replace them every couple of years, either. I don't think men really care either way, and if you can't find any that DO care, then you're obviously looking below your standards! You're a beautiful girl, find the guy that's right for you. And remember to keep it natural! You could always use a push-up bra or padded one if you really feel the need. Use what you have =]

With all the health concerns and I've heard there is loss of feeling in the breasts afterward, which was reason enough for me not to consider it at all.
If you are considering doing this just for your own confidence in yourself,why not consider natural breast enhancement products, the ones I've checked out offer tesitmonials and current email addresses of actual users that will email you back and let you know just how the products worked for them. I'd rather talk to women that have actually used the products.

The decision is up to you but I dont believe in the whole breast implants thing. If you were suppose to have them then you would have be thankful for what you have and If I guy can't appreciate you for what you have them forget them.

If you have the money and you know you really want to .. why not ??? it will give you more confidence and you will be noticed by more guys!! some women get it because after pregnancy and age they breast do not look healthy or attractive.. I say if the technology is available and you have the desire and money to do it and it will make you feel better everyday you wake up GO FOR IT I personally like them... I think all men like them no matter how much they want to pretend or hate!!

No - they look fake, and everyone will wonder what else about you is phony, too. The only guys you'll attract will be the ones that are shallow, crude, and interested in nothing else but your boobs, not you. Stay real...

how old are you because i heard our breasts dont stop growing until we are 20.also alot of guys dont care about how big or small they are and if all they care about is your breast size then they weren't worth it in the first place.

who cares if you have small boobs. just be confident and they can be as sexy as bigger ones. and implants are gross. dont do it.
