I had the cutest pair of black Via Spigas with an open toe and kitten heel. Bonus - I got 'em on sale, and they were cut nice and wide for my wide feet. Alas, when I wore them, the strap across the base of my toes was lethal -- I had a row of bloody blisters across the tops of my feet by the end of dinner. Yowch!

About 30 years ago I found the most beautiful sexiest pair of shoes - red and navy with 4 inch heels. They were much too high for me and I threw them in a trash receptacle at the airport, switching over to an old pair of brown sandals I has stashed in my carry on. Those shoes hurt so much no one could have paid me to wear them again.

A pair of very "evil" pumps I had to endure for my sisters wedding! I gave the toast barefeet...tehehehe..luck I was behind the headtable noone knew!

Argh! I got these awesome jandals and i wore them on this 1hr walk. tourture! by the time a finished i was left with big blisters!!

Birkenstock sandals! They are supposed to be wonderful, conforming to your own foot yadda yadda yadda. Well, they kill! I spent a fortune trying different styles to no avail. (shame on me!)
