Nothing will get rid of it straight away. Using ice will help reduce the swelling and applying Arnica cream will help bring out the bruising quicker.
Arnica is a herbal anti-inflammatory that you can get in pills or cream. The cream would be best to use. Make sure you can take anti-inflammatory drugs before you use it because it can interact with some medications (like Warphrin) and is no good if you have blood disorders or low blood platelets.

Put some ice on it, if it doesn't cease to swell or redden call your doctor.

if its bruising the only thing you can do would be to put ice on it.

about the only thing you can do is hide it with make up till it goes away.
