aside from the fact that scarves come from different brand names, why do cashmere scarves such as Merona Cashmere scarves cheaper than that of other brands by 2x or 3x, when both are 100% cashmere? could it be the quality of the cashmere?

okey doke. im going to an all black party/bash. its supposed to be a real big thing. Its really for 21 and older but im going with my sister and her husband and i was invited becuz im supposed to meet someone. what should i wear? i need to look sexy but classy and at least 20 but tht wont be hard. im 5'7 and i wer a 7/8 so no extra high hooker heels and nothing for small and petite, because im not. thanks a mil.

I live in Ohio. Whenever the weather starts to change from fall to winter, the skin on my face goes all wacky. It gets really dry. Especailly around my nose, and between my eye brows, to the point of almost welting. Whenever I wash my face with or without soap it gets red bloches all over my face and neck. I tried getting the Aveeno calming lotion, but it doesn't help. Is there any moisturizer out there that can help? It's only like this in the cold weather. In spring, summer, and fall, it is still slightly dry, but nothing like this.
Also, it's only my face. The rest of the skin on my body is normal.

I have long dry hair, especially at the end of my hair.
My hair got dryer after i perm it.
But for my frindge, it looks healthy & shiny.
It really looks weird with the frindge healthy & shiny
& the ends dry.

I just bought Bare Minerals makeup yesterday. (I got the starter kit). I tried it this morning and it doesn't seem to cover as much as the liquid I had used previously...am I not using enough? I feel like I need to use way more than what seems to be the norm...any suggestions??

my hair is bleached i had it permed. i was mad because my hair was shorter almost at my shoulders, was in the middle of my back. i washed my hair regularly the day after i permed it. i can't comb thru w/ comb nor fingers when wet. i lose hair. it also knots right back up. while it dries, in the back of my head, the hair in the middle of my head. is always knoted like some hair strands are sticking together and when i use my fingers to carefully try to comb it out, all i hear is little snapping noises.
i can't seem to get rid of is the unbelieveable knots and the , i can't even comb thru it w/ anything! not a detangler comb, pick...nothing! i am in tears I used to have lovely hair please helppp ..
