Almay has a 12-hour eyeliner that lasts all day or you could try using a waterproof eyeliner. Those will last too. Stay away from the cheaper brands; you get what you pay for.

buy a really good eyeline, more expensive, they last the ENTIRE day, i found clinique to work well. i've used both cheap eyelines, which wear off and i constantly have to reapply, u can allow apply concealer/ foundation to r eyelids then eyeliner to make it last longer.
but i like to put it on the inside of my eye, so a more expensive liner is ur best bet!

using either eye shadow or face powder above or below the eyeliner...keeps it in place all day

just put a little translucent powder, all around your eye, this gives the liner something to grip.

just put it on kinda heavy and it will work unless you rub it off
