Okay, I'm 15 years old and I live in the state of Minnesota. Does any one know of a place where I can get my tongue pierced without parents permission. Also I would want a place that was cheap. So if you know of any places can you please give me the address,name and number to it. Also I don't want anyone's criticism if I want to do this to my body then let me do so.

I'm planning to wear an American rag striped brown/ grey hoodie, brown corduroys pants, and blue shoes? Is that attire acceptable for an informal interview? If not what would you guys suggest?

I've had a really bad problem with acne lately, i'm almost 18...it seems like it should be toning down, not getting worse. I wash my face daily with Noxema and use mint julep masks and toner....nothing is helping! Any advice?

I plan on doing some shopping this weekend. I like stuff from Express Men usually, but this is a little out of my budget this year. Any ideas on where to shop to save some money?

Bottom line my bf dresses horrible. When we first met he dressed pretty decent. Now he takes absoulutley no pride in the way he looks. He will wear a pair of shoes until they literally fall apart by the threads. It's getting bad to the point where he wears shirts with big a** holes in them and cigarette burns and doesnt even care. I dont know what happened. He goes outside like a bum all the time and it's really not cute at all. Its not like he cant afford clothes and I'm not saying he has to have all this name brand stuff, but I just want to him to have some pride in the way hes look and present himself better. How can I get him to change without coming across as being mean?? Thank You...

i was in the town centre and surprisingly saw lots of women in very tight jeans; skinny jeans which were like glued to the legs. My question is how the hell do you women get into skinny jeans and how do you get out of skinny jeans? i remember as a kid putting on long socks which were small (i started growing out of them). Can you wear shoes after getting a tattoo on your foot? Obviously its better not to wear shoes after a foot tattoo but not very practical. Ive been told that if you put cream and plastic over it will be fine. Is this true? Do you know of a better way to protect it?

I permed my hair and it left it frizzled and dry and split. I have tried deep conditioners, I've tried mudd treatments, and still not much improment. I've cut it, but I'd prefer not to have to cut much more off. I need help. Does anyone know any other way to repair dry brittle damaged hair?

squeezing into outfits that are clearly too small? I mean is a form of vanity to NOT buy a bigger or at least the right size?
Please, I'm not picking on any particular sized girls because I see 'skinny girls' do this as well. One of the waitresses where I work, I swear probably wears jeans that are meant for a 12 yr old and believe me, it doesn't flatter her, if anything, it makes her look lumpy. As I said, no offense, maybe it's a guy thing, but I like my clothes baggy, comfy.

I overplucked the half of the top of my brows an yes 4 weeks ago they did look weird but now they seem to be in shape but the hair seem to be still inadequa but the shape is there so I was just wondering do eyebrows grow back fully if they have been plucked just once? Thanks!

Hi

Ive got a line under both of my eyes, that kinda looks like this:

What makeup should I use to "fill in" this line?

Usually I just use concealer, but this only makes my skin paler, and the line can still be seen.
