I overplucked the half of the top of my brows an yes 4 weeks ago they did look weird but now they seem to be in shape but the hair seem to be still inadequa but the shape is there so I was just wondering do eyebrows grow back fully if they have been plucked just once? Thanks!

Yes, they'll come back eventually.
I suggest that next time u want them shaped, grow them untouched for at least 3 weeks then go to a beauty salon. They should be able to shape them into the most flattering, even shape possible, save u having the same problem again. Then once they've been shaped u can maintain them at home with plucking.

every time you pluck your eyebrows you will always pluck out a different hair so yes in a way eyebrows do grow back but you will find that plucking from the bottom upwards is easier to do and see where your plucking but they will look normal again soon

The lady who does my eyebrows once told me I could use rogaine to speed up the process... I never tried it but I have heard the same thing on Opera.. Good Luck

Of course they do, how do you think they got there in the first place and why do you think Beauty salons make a fortune out of Plucking and Waxing them?

They will grow back to normal but they do not grow very quickly at all.
