I don't like all the chemicals in the shampoos and the eco ones seem very expensive.

There was something on the tv last night about washing your hair with plain soap - what would happen to your hair if you did this? Would it become horrible and sticky, or is it okay?

I have short hair and just blow dry it after washing with a bit of gel to mess it up a little.

Do any of you wash your hair with soap or any shampoo alternative?

which shampoo i should use for my daughter who is 2 yrs old, she is having dandruff in hairs by birth, should i stop massaging with coconut oil,

whenever i wash her hairs with gonson shampoo and curd for 1 or 2 days they are o.k., after they get rough and dandruff comes up,

On my ever-changing journey for a "look", I can't decide between trying to stay looking at the short-hair styles, or trying something long hair. The problem is, my hair tends get really thick, and isn't really straight, so until it got *really* long, I imagine it would look like crap (if you have a recommendation there, please insert it now).

The problem I can't decide is, since I have a pretty pale skintone, when my hair is short, it looks more orange-blondish, which I wonder if it makes me look even paler. However, when my hair is a bit longer, it tends to take more of a brown-ish tint, and since my eyebrows are pretty light (not even a bit of red or brown in there; pure blonde), I wonder if that has impact on my looks?

Forgive the crappy quality of this pic, but it's all I could find (damn cell phone won't send pic to my email) . The other guy is my dad... don't ask.

Why do models have to be such a specific height? I mean there are people out there with the perfect build & body type who are absolutely gorgeous and want to model, but are totally shut down by everyone because they aren't over 5'9"! I know clothes look great on tall, ultra-skinny models, but what about the others? Couldn't there be a modeling devision for shorter people? Maybe for petite brands or something? I guess I want to know why models have to be such a specific height, how it came to be, and why us others who are "mini-models" can't model. I just doesn't seem fair. I've seen so many girls absolutely crushed when told "Oh, sorry honey- you aren't tall enough. Too bad." Are models in other countries around the world subject to such strict height guidelines? It just seems so wrong!

I have a complete understanding of classic business attire required for a traditional interview, but need help with a non-conventional company. The company STRESSES being comfortable. This includes, bringing your dog to work and wearing jeans, EVERY DAY. How do I approach this interview without out-dressing the interviewer and without under estimating how loose their dress code is?

I'm shadowing at two different high schools soon (shadowing is kind of following a girl that goes there around to get a taste of what school there is like). I already bought a teal sweater and a black cami (I'll also be getting heather gray leggings and will be wearing white flats).

But I don't want to wear the same thing to both schools (except for the skirt! I want to wear that to both of them.). So if anyone knows any other possible combbinations I could use, I'd appreciate it!
