Beauty & Style - 31 January 2007

My skin looks pasty and the dark circles under my eyes have increased. I just look dull.People have started saying I look tired.
I cleanse and mousturise twice a day and get 8 hours sleep a night.
I have a cold at the moment which is making it worse.
What can I do to improve my complexion, other than covering it up with makeup. I have a healthy diet but any specific foods/vitamins that could help? Beuaty products? Lifestyle changes?
Any advice would be appreciated.

I am making a movie and I need to color my hair several different colors. If I were to put washable paint into my hair would it wash out within a few minnutes. If not please let me know of any temporary hair coloring techniques besides colored hair spray that would work.
I have Brown Hair and my friend has dirty-blondish brownish hair.
The colors we neeed are pink yellow black and possibly deep purple.

P.S. We are on a bit of a tight budget.

I'm getting laser hair removal on my bikini area, and I want to know what shape guys (and girls i suppose) prefer. I don't want to go totally bare, I like it now, but I probably won't when I'm 40. I can have it lasered into a shape and wax/shave the rest when I want to be bare. Landing strip? Upside down triangle? What do you think?

Okay, so I just got my first tattoo yesterday! It was a WONDERFUL experience, it was painful at times, but nothing like I expected. I got a butterfly with a tribal design and pink shading under the tribal across my lower back, the tribal curves up so this was my idea, to flip that tattoo and get one on the top of my back to and connect the sides using the tribal to make a huge circle and inside the circle I want a pond with lilly pads and dragonflies and butterflies and flowers. I want it to be bright and unique. Any more suggestions or comments??

I apologize beforehand as this has nothing to do with makeup, but I wanna hear your views on this:

Suppose you were a big fan of a musical band - there were two main stars in this band - the lead singer & the keyboard player, both of them are brothers. The singer is a tall and handsome guy and he sings with so much passion that gets cheers from all the fans – and you are like totally attracted to him & eventually you both meet and fall in love. You get to know that not only is he the lead singer, but also the music composer & lyricist, wow! The chemistry between you two is increased tenfold & you both pursue a serious relationship.

Now, this guy's brother - the keyboard player is kinda ugly; but a good guy at heart. He has deep feelings for you, but decides to keep away from you and not to get involved in your matters, as you’re dating his brother. But one day, by chance you meet this brother, & strike up a friendly conversation. Everything goes well until all of a sudden you get shocking news………

The main person responsible for the working & success of the band was not your bf, but the brother! The brother was the guy responsible who composed all the songs, wrote the lyrics & even arranged the vocalist for the songs!!! Your bf didn’t do anything; he was merely lip-syncing with the vocalist behind the scenes because his voice was terrible! The reason your bf was even in the band in the first place is because he was his brother. You come to the realization – your bf is a cheat! He just lied to you about himself being so great, just because he wanted to love you. And needless to say the brother is heart-stricken with disappointment as well.

In this situation what would you do next?

1.Dump your boyfriend immediately because he lied to you & then get away from both of them.
2.Calm down and still stick with your bf, realizing it’s too late – you have already given your heart away to him.
3.Dump your boyfriend immediately, but after a period of time start dating his brother, as he is very talented & he still has feelings for you.

I have extremley sensitive skin and have a very hard time finding any products that don't make it go red and blotchy....I especially have a hard time finding a sunscreen I can use. Does anyone have any moisturizers, sunscreen, etc suggestions that might work or will help with the redness?

Don't get me wrong......a person has to live with their own ink...but I would scrape my skin off if I woke up from a binge with tribal on my body. Tribal definately has its place....on the skin of people that come from a South Pacific heritage.... There is a survey on the tattooartists website about the type of tattoo they were most likely asked to cover-up and tribal was #2.....right behind Names. Which tells me that most tribal is chosen on a whim based on its "cool" look. If I'm wrong please set me straight.

My mom was cutting my hair the other day, and I wanted to have bangs. She made them, but they were way too short, like they were over an inch above my eyebrows and they looked ugly. Now they are beginning to grow out, and are still really short and my hair is curly so the bangs curl up and I look soooooooo ugly. I have been havin this hair for about two months now and I am sick of it. If I go to a hairsalon, is there anything they can do to make my look better or is there nothing anybody can do and I have to grow out my bangs first? Can something be done? If so, what?
