I'm getting laser hair removal on my bikini area, and I want to know what shape guys (and girls i suppose) prefer. I don't want to go totally bare, I like it now, but I probably won't when I'm 40. I can have it lasered into a shape and wax/shave the rest when I want to be bare. Landing strip? Upside down triangle? What do you think?

I would remove it all from just above the vaginal opening and down... Leave the rest to accomodate changing styles over time.

I've got a small landing strip now but am thinking of growing it into a small inverted triangle for the summer at the nude beach. I can always trim it back to the landing strip if I don't like the way it looks.
There are all kinds of fun ways to shape your pubic hair, and if you're planning to be naked or in situations where it's seen by others, you might consider coming up with some creative alternatives such as stars, exclamation points, etc.

A landing strip is really nice, and it will hold it's shape better than any other design. I prefer the bare look. I don't like any hair at all. Fat, hairy lesbians say that causes women to look like little girls, but I think they're just jealous because they have so much fuzz down there. I've heard that laser hair removal sessions can be quite uncomfortable and that they may not always work to permanently remove the hair. I do hope you have the best of luck. There isn't one man who doesn't appreciate a smooth lady.

If you're concerned about what you'll want when you're older, just get the bikini line, labia, and butt (I know, ew) lasered... I don't know many people who like hair in those three areas unless they're completely au natural.
So yeah, classic triangle shape.

just do whatever would show outside of a bikini. That way you'll have options in the future.
