Why not! I think it would be neat to see. Might be a bit odd at first, but when you think about it, a skirt is almost the same as shorts, just not sewn up the middle. I think guys should have more options when it comes to what they want to wear.
As long as they're not a really feminine style or pattern, what's the big deal?

They will if they are Scottish, although I prefer the name kilt. Yes they are refreshing in the summer! (especially if you are a true Scotsman) ;)
