Well, I'm not skinny, I've got a pretty athletic build, but I'd say that to stay trim, just eat right (I know you've heard that so many times before), and exercise. It's that simple. If you're eating a lot on a daily basis, just eat less! And as time goes by, you'll notice yourself losing some weight. It will take time though. And don't STARVE, it NEVER works. You'll just end up binging and hating yourself, trust me on that.

Some people are naturally skinny and they do absolutely nothing at all. If you want to lose weight, you are going to have to work hard to get thin. Substitute soda & juices, for water. Stop eating fast food. Don't eat white rice, bread, or pasta. You can eat brown rice, whole wheat bread and pasta. Try to eat 6 small meals a day, every 3 hours, so that you won't be hungry. Don't eat 3 big meals b/c you get hungry in between. Don't starve yourself or skip a meal, b/c you will only eat more when you do eat. Don't eat within 4 hours of going to bed. And try to do some cardio exercises at least 3x/week for about 30 minutes. Even if its walking.

Well for me i have always been skinny and have tried to bulk a little bit you know get meat on my bones for other girls its from playing sports and working out and eating the right things like try to destress, dont sit on your butt all day and avoid high fructose corn syrup it like instantly turns to fat and of course sugars, but the hfcs is in soda and i dont know what else as well eat fresh things like fresh fruits instead of candy or fresh meats instead of frozen so good luck in your task

Eat a little bit a lot of times a day. I am 5'7 and 105 lbs. I can eat a lotttt now without gaining anything because this made my metabolism so fast.

plz.. don't aim to be skinny.. be healthy rather. Haven't u heard of the models who were asked to walk out of the show coz there BMI was not healthy. take my words, guys like voluptous curves on healthy bodies.. wud u like some one who has dark circles coz she wants to be thin.. and she spending half her money covering those under eye dark circles... love ur body but yes, stay healthy and fit.

honestly i most of the time dont eat, and if you can go through that, then maybe you will get thin.... like eat ONLY a bowl of cereal a whole day and go to sleep on your stomache, and yeah you will feel weak but if you want to be thin.....work out, and just simlpy dont eat.......harldly, chew on gum or something and grab a couple of cigarrettes like me.....

Its natural, i eat junk alot and im 5' 8" 105 pounds.

Born premature. 5.0 oz :)
Brought up on good nutrition, running around, and basically no TV to sit around and watch doing nothing.

genetics, education about nutrition from a young age, moderation ...

Do it right. Follow an eating and exercise plan. No quick fix.

some times it is just inhereted...some times you can just watch the exersice channel everday and stop eating so much candy and junk food....
