Ok, so i was just going to ask how much (%) i should tip my hair dresser, she just moved salons and now she rents a chair and is making much more money.... however, i read previous questions/answers, and it looks like 15-20%

Now i feel cheap. Last time is saw her, i was in the salon for 4 yrs (only a 2 hr job) she was multi-tasking clients which ate up my day... she did a great job, but i only tipped her just over 10%. On $140 i have her $155.

Do you think she's a wee bit pissed, or not worry about and tip her 20% next time? That just seems excessive to me since she charges her own rates or am i just cheap? She knows i'm looking for a better career... does that get taken into consideration?

I have a big red zit, and its really noticeble! Homecoming is this Saturday! I think that says it all!! Plus, i don't have time to run to the store to get anything, i have some Clean and Clear things, like face wash and on the spot stuff, but its not working! Please help!

Hey wats up. I'm looking for a good foundation. I have acne prone skin and it gets really oily thorughout the day. Everyone I've tried has either made me look like a ghoust or a pumpkin and it gets really greasy and gross. I'm thinking about ordering the proactiv foundation. Does anyone know if it works? Ok, my boyfriend and I were washing his car and I had a shower cap on and he took it off and sprayed me with the water hose. I was really mad at him and I just told him to not do it again. But he wouldn't listen. I told him that I can't get my hair wet or it would mess up my braids and roots. He's not Black so he doesn't understand that my hair is different from a hispanic hair.Should I let him off easliy?

My mum and myself have told him that he should let us cut some layers into before roller setting roller his hair with small rollers to see if he would be able to live with a perm.

we have also told him that he may need to roller set his hair after getting a perm if he feels that his curls are to tight following the perm as my mum has permed hair and often roller sets it at home for the first few weeks after her hair has been permed.

he has aked me to post this question first to see how many people agree or disagree with our idea.

iv tried a metylated shampooo and revlon flex conditioner so far and the stink is reduced but..... it still stinks..have a big date tomo!!!!

well im in college and im noticing that some people are going bald already!! so weird. this guy I went to high school with is 21 and hes gone completely bald on top (with hair on the sides).

i cant help but notice my father and my grandfather both had receding hairlines. So how many more years do i have to live the good life? what can be done about it?

i want the perfect curly messy bun, but my hair is really thick. wenever i put it in a bun it looks really big...my cuzin cut her hair and her bun looks fine now (she has thick hair too) but i dont wanna cut my hair cuz wenever i striaghten it, it looks really good at the length that it is. wat do u think i should do? and do u thick that buns that look alittle big are ugly?

So in the mornings when I've straightened my hair and done my make up, I've often wondered what would happen if I sprayed my face with hairspray(obviously keep my eyes and mouth firmly shut!!) Would it make my makeup last longer? Or is this just some wacky idea ..the type only Im likely to come up with? Your thought please :]
