Ok, my boyfriend and I were washing his car and I had a shower cap on and he took it off and sprayed me with the water hose. I was really mad at him and I just told him to not do it again. But he wouldn't listen. I told him that I can't get my hair wet or it would mess up my braids and roots. He's not Black so he doesn't understand that my hair is different from a hispanic hair.Should I let him off easliy?

Yes....we have the most difficult type of hair to cope with out of all of the races and since he is not black then he didn't know so you can't hold that against him. But just let him know that you just can't be spraying a sistas hair with water because it takes a long time to get it back to the way it was.

Im not black, but i have hair down to my butt that is coarse, naturally curly, and frizzy, so i straighten it every single day . Its a pain and takes a long time. So when i am done, i dont like to get it wet or it turns into a big frizzy poofball. i understand why you were mad. You told him not to do it again and he didnt listen. Maybe sit him down and have a talk with him as to how your hair is different than his and how much time and work can go into it, and water messes some of that time and work up. If he really cares about you he will understand. :-)

you need to educate him. people that are not black, or do not have hair that is difficult to deal with, simply cannot understand the work and CHEMICALS that go into you having a good looking hairdo. Educate him. Next time you relax your hair, (if you do it at home), have him help you out. When he sees how much work goes into it, and how little it takes to ruin it, chances are he wont want to mess it up. I mean, he's the one who has to walk around with you afterwards! and If he does it again, don't let him off easy!

If he didn't know then you should let him off easily. It seems to me that he was playing with you and just trying to have fun, that is a great quality in a man, someone who can have fun and enjoy life no matter his age. If he does it again then I would say you have a reason to be angry unless it was an accident. Don't punish him for just trying to have fun with you, it isn't like he did it maliciously.

If he didn't know in the first place and was just trying to play with you, I would explain the situation, and tell him that unless he wants to pay a big beauty salon bill, he better remember to not mess with the hair. Then laugh it off, with no attitude.

That should of not messed up your hair. I think your over obsessive with your hair. I have water balloon fight, and water hose fight with my man a lot, my hair is the last thing I worry about. Lighten up sista girl.

i'm in simple terms answering this question. It would not remember what race she is or what you're or what race i'm. You made the blunders of letting her understand your emotions. She knows you want her. next she would be in a position to be strolling around bare in front of you. She in all probability want you to the touch her and get busy along with her and yet she performs those video games with you. you may call her buff, ignore approximately her or pass out. i think of if she liquids and she or he gets under the impression of alcohol one evening she would be in a position to be yours for the taking. i do no longer approve of her calling you names or flirting with you. it quite is a definite way she would be in a position to get injury and you in addition to mght. the determination is yours as to what to do.
