Ok the first 2 ppl don't understand you can't just go cold turkey vegen or stop eating. You should go to the doctor & find out how many calories you need a day with exercise to be healthy. Most times they will give you a 3-day meal plan just to get you started. The key is to realize this is a change of life plan, not a "diet".

The way i'm doing it is eating 5 times a day moderately, making my breakfast the biggest meal of my day. I eat lots of fruits and veggies as snacks (once in btwn bkfst /lunch & once in btwn lunch /dinner) I also don't eat after 8 pm. And I drink lots, lots of water and propel. Once a month I treat myself to one medium serving my favorite desert. And I exercise everyday except sunday for 45 min - 1 hour. I also park my car at the end of any parking lots so i'll have more walking to do before i go shopping. This routine has caused such a dramatic change in my life. I feel better, i look better, i can do things i used to do and fit clothes i used to fit. Try it for at least a month and you'll see a feel the difference. Hope that helped. Good luck, I have faith in you.
