This summer I had a desk job, and I learned alot from it, for example I do not want to do that again! I gained quite a few pounds in the 6 weeks I worked there, from all the unhealthy eating, long work days and lack of exercise. I went to a camp for 8 days, and lost a great deal of weight in a week (12 pounds in 8 days, I know that cant be healthy) but I want to lose 25 more. Will going to the gym an hour every day, 5 days a week, be enough to shed the pounds. What workouts do you suggest.

Is there anything to use to get even skine tone all around your bdy.My cousin has uneven skin tone all over. Like her face is darker than her hands.her knees and elbows are black too. She also tld me not to tell nbody, she told me her breast is hecka light. She needs help. I think i might too

i read that talcum powder can be put in your hair to take out grease. i wanted to get some for those days i'm running late but i dont know where to look. i've been to walmart and walgreens but they dont have it. do you know where to get it? i've also heard that it causes health problems. is that true? if it is, is there something else that will work the same?

I have blackheads but they aren't like normal blackheads they are soooo deep in the pores and its like the skin has just grown over them leaving bumps on my face. How can i get rid of these? i have tried using all different types of facial scrubs and masks and it just doesnt help! they just stay where they are! Any ideas? anyone had this problem? what has worked for you?

I know that there is pill to help with acne. I'm almost 14 and have had acne for about a year and I'm seeing a dermintologist. (I was also using Proactive. I didn't the results I wanted, it is good though). I was thinknig of using an acne pill (Its not real bad, I just hate it). I don't want to go on a strong one. Are there any bad side-affects? Does it work? Will all/most of my acne go away? Any advice?

(I would get the acne pill thing from my dermintologist, just to make that clear)

and i always str8en my hair the night b4 skool cauz it takes 45 mins so i can't do it in the morning but how do you suggest i sleep with it so that it doesn't get all wavy and messed up like it always does?..i mean im going to go over it in the morning like always but how would be best to keep it mainly straight

I have homecoming soon and I was wondering what people typically where to them. I was't sure if i should where a dress shirt with a suitcoat over it or just the dress shirt or any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

its been probly 6 months at the minimum, every nigh and morning and no change. I am thinking about switching back to Oxy pads. Or I could be using Proactiv wrong I don know. This is what I do:
1. Rinse face off with warm water
2. Then apply the Renewing cleanser and rub gently
3. Wash off the Renewing cleanser with warm water (and wait for face to dry)
4. Squeeze some Revitalizing Toner onto a cotton ball and rub onto face (and wait for it to dry)
5. Apply Daily Oil Control (and wait for it to dry)
6. Apply Repairing lotion.

Am I doing it wrong?

Suggestions if I should keep using it or switch to something.

I have very large boobs even though I'm pretty thin. I've thought of breast reduction because of the strain in my back and the inconvenience of doing sports with these mounds of motion stuck to my chest. What can I do to keep them in place, or at least prevent them from sagging in the future?
