This summer I had a desk job, and I learned alot from it, for example I do not want to do that again! I gained quite a few pounds in the 6 weeks I worked there, from all the unhealthy eating, long work days and lack of exercise. I went to a camp for 8 days, and lost a great deal of weight in a week (12 pounds in 8 days, I know that cant be healthy) but I want to lose 25 more. Will going to the gym an hour every day, 5 days a week, be enough to shed the pounds. What workouts do you suggest.

Yes that's plenty of time...

Cardio (tredmill) then do the weight machines.. work on each area of your body... it's easy.. you can do it!
