ok i want 2 know where should i put on eyeliner but make myself still look natural?? i hav green yellow eyes and fair skin

use a little bit of black on the bottom.
And maybe a white color for the top

Apply eyeliner on 2/3 of the upper lid and 1/3 of the lower lid. I would sugest a dark brown or black liner.

I pull down my bottom eye lid and apply eyeliner to the skin above my lower eyelashes, it looks nice that way, give it a try! I use black or dark brown.

Use a flat brush, Mac have a good one. Wet the brush and get some darker shade eye shadow on your brush. Apply it as close to your eyelashes. You can control the amount of eye shadow to get intense or natural eye liner looks. Try it out and you will like it.

with your eyecolor, i'd use a jetblack color
gently pull your lower eye lid down and draw a fine line of black on that sorta wide part of the inside on the edge of the lower lid
it always looks natural if u just make a thin fine line

brown eyeliner!!!!
Make sure your pencil is sharpened.. thow it in the freezer to make it cold it doesnt' skip on your skin that way...
You can either line the top of the lid that sits next to your eyeball, or do a thin line on your top and bottom lash line...

use brown pencil, draw a line close to the lash line, thickness of the line depends on how bigis the visible area between the lash line and the crease when u open ur eyes

okay this is how to put on eyeliner..... get a LIGHT EYELINER!!! not DARK i wear black and my friend wears brown so try that!!!
to put it on... hold your eye pull down on the skin lightly, then aplay on eye lash!

use black waterproof eyeliner for dramatic effect it won't run and it will look great...i use it on my upper and lower lids... i ALWAYS get complements on my eye make-up...trust me
