I have homecoming soon and I was wondering what people typically where to them. I was't sure if i should where a dress shirt with a suitcoat over it or just the dress shirt or any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you're taking a date go for the full deal. Nice shirt, jacket (preferably match her dress) and maybe even a tie (mom's will love that in the pictures). Otherwise, just a nice shirt and slacks will do

If u are escorting a young lady that is on the Homecoming Court then u should wear a jacket with your dress shirt. If u are not u don't have too. But if its a little colder that night, u might want to have one handy or a regular jacket. HAVE FUN and BE SAFE!

Im going to homecoming soon too and i know that most of the girls in my grade will be wearing dresses. You should try to look nice too. dont wear jeans and a t-shirt. My brother acts like its no biggy(he's a senior) but i've talked to all the girls in my grade and their wearing dresses. I'm going to wear one too. I dont know what guys should wear since im a frosh but if the girls will look nice then so should the guys. It will be a total turn off if u look like you just woke up.

I recommend wearing a beautiful dress! u can get pretty dresses for homecoming anywhere! i wouldn't wear a shirt and a skirt or anything like that to a homecoming! U want it to be memorable! hope that helped!

I would wear a dress shirt for sure and tie. The coat is up to you or you could wear vest that matches your date.

im guessing that you are a guy...and if you are you could dress many ways....
you could wear a suit with a nice dress shirt...
or you could pair a nice dress shirt with a cute pair of jeans and go for the more casual look...either one is appropriate!!!

u should wear a black suit, silverish blue tie, and vest, black shoes, and a white dress shirt. get ur girl a silverish blue corsage. SEXY!
