Actually, I think that would look pretty kewl on a guy. I don't think you need to 'name' it, tho. Just take that pic to the hairdresser. Looks easy to maintain. Good luck.

Yes, that would be fine. It's on the long side of short. It does look like a style for men or women. I've seen it on several guys.
