What can I do to keep my boobs in place?

I have very large boobs even though I'm pretty thin. I've thought of breast reduction because of the strain in my back and the inconvenience of doing sports with these mounds of motion stuck to my chest. What can I do to keep them in place, or at least prevent them from sagging in the future?

Buy the best bra you can find, if you have large breasts that probably means spending a lot of money one on. I would recommend going somewhere that offers custom fitting so then you can get a bra that was built for you.

Well, wearing a good supportive bra that fits you properly would do the trick if you don't want to go the breast reduction route. Also, wear a sports bra for when you are doing sports. Go for comfort and support first and looks second.

Spend the money for a high quality bra! Double sided tape also works, but not during sports. The sweat would defeat the purpose.

I would suggest Duct Tape. I should last for days and now you can buy it in several different colors. kidding.... Buying a good bra with great support should help. Go to a store that specializes in initmate apparel and they should be able to direct you. Good luck.

if you can afford it and it is truly a medical problem with your back, get the reduction.

Use a sports bra. It will make them seem a bit smaller and it will squeeze them against ur chest making them stay in place.

i understand a woman who wrestled on our group this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. i truthfully did now no longer in my view try against(and that i'm a woman). yet she wore a events bra and a under armour shirt under her singlet. As for down under, i think of of she in basic terms wore some spandex shorts. you would be in some uncomfortable circumstances, yet with a bit of luck whomever you are trying against could have sufficient recognize for you and not touch you down under. yet with our society right now, you will likely now no longer be so fortunate. yet in case you think approximately that there will be multiple human beings observing, I doubt they are going to touch you. appropriate of fulfillment. if they are large than there is very little you can do to keep them from sagging. find a good bra with good support, and get a good sports bra, meaning expensive.......
