I usually only apply eyeliner along the bottom, but lately my left eye has started seeping and I'm worried this is the cause. Should I stop putting on eyeliner for a while, or can I get away with just using less?

Also, any tips on stopping it from smudging?

Im starting a new job tomorrow, & I was asked if I had a suit, & was told that it was corporate, do I have to wear the suit jacket? If I was to wear the suit skirt, a nice top, not a shirt but nearly, nice heels etc, is that suitable, or do I need to wear the jacket, I really dont like blazers.
